Visiting Hamburg

If I could go anywhere I would like to go to Germany to visit my best friends ever. They are called Esther and Hattie and live in Hamburg.

I would take a boat down the river Elbe to visit the Alster where there is a big fountain in the middle of the lake

If I was in Hamburg I would eat currywurst

I would also like to go swimming and play on the pirate boat in the swimming pool at Wedel

I could go to the river beach at Rissen where Esther and Hattie live.

We could go to the play park in Jungiusstraße,where they
 have a Volcano you can climb up and slide down!

I would visit the Hamburg Z00

And visit the School where
Ester and Hattie study. The ISH

The Amur Leopard

The Amur Leopard is a critically Endangered Animal

here is a picture of an Amur Leopard. There are only a small number of these Leopards left in the world.

 They live in South eastern Russia and North eastern China. Because there are less than 30 of these animals left in the world they are Critically Endangered. They are hunted for their fur and the places where they live are getting smaller because of fires lit by farmers which means they have less space to live in safely.

During my snow day at home I made a wolf out of pine cones, feathers, sticks and a carrot. I like him very much because he is not scary but very cute.

My visit to Volcania

I went to Vulcania with my Mum and Dad one weekend and we spent the day there. My favourite thing there was playing with the water experiments. we went on the balloon and could see all of the volcanoes around the area, it was great fun I am so glad I went to see it.

I chose  number nine

because I like it and it is how old I am.

Cats have nine lives because they are special and very lucky.

My brother is nine years older than me.

September is the ninth month of the year and it is the month that I was born in.

The French word for nine is Neuf.

Someone dressed "to the nines" is dressed up as much as they can be.

The Enchanted Forest

A long time ago in the year 1514 when Elizabeth was a very small girl she watched a forest from her window, called the Forest of Doom.

When Elizabeth was 16 she went into the Forest of Doom and was never seen again!  After many years she became friends with the forest animals, even the scary ones.

She used dry sticks for sewing leaves and made them into dresses and bags and all sorts of things, but the best part was the forest was her home for ever and she stayed there forever and never left the enchanted forest ever again.

My Dragon

My dragon is an invisible and powerful dragon

He is made of everything

He is so powerful he can turn
Anything he wants into
Happy things.

He keeps me warm at night
And protects me all the time.

He is very strong and
Can lift the world up high 
For a hundred hours  
Without giving up.

He is a clever dragon

He can cook pancakes for breakfast
With fried eggs on toast
Just for me and my family.
