Goodbye... for now

Yesterday we said goodbye to Sofia, as she heads over the Pyrenees into Spain. We're going to miss her a lot! We all wished her all the best not just for Christmas and the new year, but for the big change ahead next term.

It is quite possible that she will return next September, which would be fantastic. Au revoir, Sofia!

Waiting for the right moment

Once upon a time there was a garden full of flowers. They were talking flowers and very beautiful. One day a person came and took two of them and the others were so sad. Then, the most big one went to a shop to buy some seeds to plant. They waited and waited day by day but they didn´t grow.
A month later, when the sun was bright on Christmas morning, the flowers started to grow. When they were opened another one said:
- Why have you grown so slowly?
- Because we are Christmas flowers and we are waiting for this moment!!!

The lover of the animals

Once there was a woman. The woman was so good with the animals that the animals wanted to be with her all the time! She got to her house and went to sleep. The next day she woke up and went with the animals, but the animals weren’t there, they were sleeping. She saw a dog in the forest with three pigs that were sleeping in the mud. The dog was so cute that she couldn’t watch him. Then she saw all the animals in the centre of the forest, they were all together. It was beautiful. I love that.

The Colour Dragon

My dragon is a colour dragon
With her blue wings we fly through the clouds
Her tail is as long as a river

When she eats her colours go through her body
When she sleeps the rainbow passes through my bed
It makes me have good dreams

Together we fly in rainbows
We paint the world in multi-colours
My dragon is an  enormous dragon
As big as my whole school

Her name is Clara.

Tell me about your dragon.
