Australia & South Africa

I want to go to Australia to see my family and friends. My family live in Sydney so I would like to visit their house and see Sydney Harbour.

My cousins Sienna and Ella, they have lived in Australia all of their lives.

I would also like to visit South Africa to visit my Aunty Susan and Uncle Steve. They live in Randburg just outside of Joannesburg and they an apartment at the beach in Durban. I Skype them all the time. My nanna is visiting them right now for 5 weeks. I would also to go on safari to see all the different African Animals.

My escape from the landslide in the Pyrenees!

This weekend we were on the Airbus SLAT bus on the way to the Baqueira Ski resort (in the midi Pyrenees just over the border into Spain) when we found the road was blocked due to a landslide! The bus stopped and a lot of people got off to look.  We took a photo.

Then another landslide happened!   It was quite scary.  The bus we were on had to reverse to find a place to turn as the road was so narrow.
It was quite exciting and scary for the children (and for some of the adults too)!

The Number 40

             My favourite number is...

My mum is 40.

                     This is 8 X 5 = 40

Here is another way of making 40.

I have made the French flag using 30 counters.  10 more would make 40!

This shape has 40 edges!

skiing

I went skiing on Saturday. It was too wet to carry a camera around but luckily my mum brought her phone in her pocket .My mum did a video. My sister, dad and I had a skiing lesson. Our friends were there too, Lucy and Christy. I love skiing.

How many pockets in this purse?

How many pockets do think there are altogether?

My new 100 word story

Once upon a time there was lady who went upstairs and found a machine. There was a clock in the machine and a man. The lady’s father came in with a boat with wheels on it and he kept on wheeling around the house. He couldn’t get up the stairs to the spare room so he slept in his boat downstairs in the hall. The lady thought that she would sleep in the boat and her dad will sleep in her bed. Her dad’s boat was very comfortable and she dreamt of a magical invention that will make her rich.
